We are habits based fitness coaches that start with where you are at and help guide you one habit at a time to your fitness goals so that you can learn and practice how to keep those results for the rest of your life.

Robin Mungall Fitness trainers are all certified and highly qualified personal fitness trainers, graduating with at minimum honors from the NAIT personal fitness trainers 2 year program. Typically a first session after your free consultation will start with a full assessment of your goals, posture, muscle imbalances, fitness ability, nutrition knowledge and skill, and your current lifestyle behaviors. From this assessment we will be able to design a program customized specifically for you.
