- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the yogurt, strawberries, banana, flaxseed, protein powder, and 2 tablespoons water. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth and blended.
