If on the call it feels like a good fit, I will welcome you in to our private studio for a meet and greet where I can show you around and come up with a plan of action for achieving your goals.

Do your programs include nutrition coaching?
- Yes! Coaching services are all inclusive meaning you get nutrition movement and mindset coaching. It’s not just about the session, it’s about creating positive impact on your life 24/7/365.
What does your training look like?
- My philosophy to fitness training is: Start Where You Are – Do What You Can – Just Be You. So every program is designed to start at the level you are currently at and we focus on moving you forward with actions you can take and doing it in a way that works specifically for you. The best program is the one you will consistently do and enjoy.
I have some physical limitations can I still workout with you?
- YES! Many of my clients have some sort of limitation from old sport injuries, to bad knees, sore lower backs, diabetes, M.S., osteo-arthritis etc. I simply work with your body and if there is anything beyond my scope I will refer to my network of medical and health professionals to help you improve your health and quality of life.
Why do I have to book a call with you first?
- I don’t like wasting your time or mine. If we can learn enough about each other and what you are looking for over the phone, that saves you a drive for something that might not be for you. And if we are a good match that makes the meet and greet less intimidating and smoother running. (We can jump right into coaching you on an actionable plan that day)
