Meet Sarah E…. Again. Yep July client if the month is back to claim the September prize. Sarah earned the honor once again through hard work and dedication to fitness. This September Sarah earned the Chuck Norris Award for not missing a single workout and making progress in each session. Sarah went from 6 “iffy” push-ups to 20 awesome push-ups in 4.5weeks and just completed a 205lbs for 5 reps Barbell Hip thrust. Sarah has also made progress in her assisted chin ups and just about every aspect if fitness.Because of Sarah’s performance accomplishments her body has tightened up, she is looking and feeling better. Way to go Sarah, your improvements inspire even myself!!
