Rob’s Super Shake
– 1 cup 1% Milk (or any milk you like)
– 1-2tbsp greek yogurt
– 1tbsp ground flax
– 1 banana
– 1/2 – 1 cup raspberries or blueberries
– 2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
Place in Blender and mix
Carbs 52% (from fruit mostly)
Fiber 9-11 grams
Note* For lower calories you can alter the recipe by using plain non fat yogurt instead of greek yogurt and use only half a banana.
