Randi, a busy nurse who was looking to increase her strength and feel better about her self inside and out, first started at a time where her career was taking off and felt like her body and confidence was suffering because of it. She didn’t know how to go about getting fit while working so many hours and starting family life. She soon learned that 45minutes 3 times a week and a little food awareness without obsessing over every bite can make dramatic improvements. It’s amazing how much confidence one can gain when you feel stronger and in control of your health.
