Many people have unrealistic expectations of losing all this weight really fast as soon as they start making changes when really it takes time and patience to do it the healthy way! Kaya has been very consistent with her workouts and has been working on actually increasing her food (and protein) intake as her body was in starvation mode and holding on to excess fat. She has experienced a lot of issues with sciatica but since I gave her a nice list of stretches and convinced her to purchase her own foam roller she is doing a lot better.
