This isn’t just your run of the mill fitness challenge that focuses on just weight loss. We couldn’t stand running one of those because they simply don’t provide the type of mindset and habit changing elements that can make a real impact for long term success. It’s important to understand the difference between losing weight by any means necessary and losing fat and feeling good about yourself by means that can deliver long term permanent success. So we’ve decided to create a “Love The Way You Look & Feel” Challenge. The goal here is to learn the right habits mentally as well as physically to not just get results in this short time span, but to learn valuable skills and have permanent access to resources that can help you to continue your progress for life.

Tier 1 Challenge: The Steps Challenge $175.00 or $99.00 if you already own “fitbit zip”
Sign up and get set to walk at least 330,000 steps in 33 days. That’s an average of just 10,000 steps per day.
Here’s How It Works:
In the first week of the challenge (Jan 6-12) you get all your materials plus a “fitbit zip” steps tracker. You can get acclimatized to using it and you have a week to start on your nutrition and mindset using the materials provided to you. The official start day of the steps challenge begins Jan 13th and ends February 14th.
The challenger who gets the most total steps within this time frame wins the challenge.
Challengers who manage to get over 330,000 total steps in the challenge will be entered into a prize draw.
Tier 2 Challenge: Good Bye Body Fat Challenge $99 plus cost of training.
Sign up and get set to lose the body fat and love the way you look and feel about yourself.
Here’s How It Works:
You must be a client of Robin Mungall Fitness to participate in this challenge for this year. (We have studio, in-home, corporate, and online training available) Your measurements of inches and body fat percentage will be taken during the first week of training (Jan 6-12). With the materials provided combined with the training and personalized coaching you get the attention you need to work hard and work smart in just 6 short weeks in order to look and feel fantastic by Valentines Day.
Although everyone who participates will benefit in great ways, ultimately there must be a declared winner. In order for smaller and bigger individuals to compete fairly, the winner of the challenge is based on the percentage of inches and body fat you lose compared to your own initial measurements. Essentially you are mainly competing against yourself and you efforts.
