Why do the holiday 8?
More often than not the week of December 24th to the 31st is riddled with low movement, and over indulgent foods that often lead people to feel unhealthy and guilty about their actions, and come January my phone rings off the hook with stories of unsightly weight gain and self loathing for their recent actions.
I would love it if I could help you do just a little something for yourself everyday to feel healthier, boot your energy for the day and eat just a little less without ruining and restricting your holiday fun. After all I personal plan to eat some chocolate and drink some wine, so I’m certainly not going to stop you, rather just help you be a little better.

What To Expect:

Then everyday from December 24th to December 31st you will receive an email early in the morning (likely before you wake up). In the email will be the link to a video containing everything you have to do that day. Just watch it and complete your workout and nutrition task for that day. Simple.
