Hi I’m John, I graduated from the NAIT personal trainer correspondence program and completed my practicum under Robin for 6 months after wards. I used to be a goalie in major junior hockey, and understand the need for balanced fitness including flexibility, strength, functional performance, and of course a leaner looking body.
I love training clients and getting them results in a manner that is fun and motivational, I like to see my clients really having a good workout and finishing it with a smile. If my clients are looking forward to each and every session, then I have done my job. Results of the body, mind and spirit are all important when designing a training program, and I try to bring that to each client I train.
