I love adding elements to my clients workouts that make it a little more fun and give a little more metabolic challenge. (That means burning more calories). Here is a simple workout I’ve added into the end of my clients routines no matter if they train with me in my St.Albert Fitness Studio, or train in their own home. All you need is one dumbbell or kettlebell.
Complete the following:
Goblet Squat Walk (GSW) x 10 Meters
Pushups (Floor or Incline) x 10
GSW x 5Meters
Dumbbell 1 arm row left arm x 10
GSW x 5Meters
DumbbellB 1 arm row right arm x 10
