- ¼ cup cashew butter
- ½ cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Process on high, stopping every 30–60 seconds or so, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- Roll mixture into balls.
