I would like you all to meet Alanda, she is an elementary school teacher who loves kids, camping and traveling. Alanda suffers from Fibromyalgia; she came to me looking for desperate help – Fibromyalgia is a condition that leaves a person in constant pain, restricting their motion and general mobility. When I met Alanda she was quite distressed; how can an elementary school teacher do her job when she couldn’t even get out of a chair without grabbing onto an arm rest or having her school kids pull her up? After only four weeks, Alanda is now able to do 10 sit down squats in a row with nothing to stop her! She has fought against all the common deterrents that Fibromyalgia can take your life and slowly hammer it away until you cannot move at all – she has taken back control and accomplished a movement that she has not been able to perform in years. Well done Alanda!!!
