Krystin M. has started working out again after taking a hiatus and has done extremely well getting back into a regular strength and cardiovascular routine! In her first 6 weeks, she has dropped 15 pounds, 12 inches, is trying healthy Pinterest inspired recipes, and is rediscovering her abdominal muscles, which she claimed did not previously exist. She brings enthusiasm, lots of laughs, and awesome amounts of sweat to every session and I am very excited to continue working with Krystin!
