Say Hello to Stephanie, a recent client who has just started her journey to looking and feeling awesome. I was very happy that she googled St.Albert Personal Trainers hoping to find an expert to come to her home and help her get the job done and luckily she found us. Stephanie is not unlike many others who have been struggling with extra weight, she gives and gives and gives and forgets to sometimes take care of herself. Finally though she realized it’s time to give back to herself. After my initial assessment with Stephanie it was clear that she needed to improve her cardio levels pronto along with making all of the other diet and fitness changes. If you are unfamiliar with how to get sustainable results this may come as a shock, but many small steps pave the way to permanent success and so Stephanie began with just one simple diet change and also with me coming to her home to train her. We started out with circuit training and aerobic intervals to improve her cardio. And after 4weeks and just 1 diet change Stephanie lost 5pounds and 3.5inches. Not only that but her cardio recovery time from workouts has improved by a whopping 52% and she went from doing ZERO pushups to an amazing 12 full pushups.
