Here Is What To Do Next:

Step 01.

Download the app

No later than 8pm Saturday I will have added and sent you an invite to download the "mycoach" app for your smart phone or tablet. Simply download it

Step 02.

Review the sunday welcome

No need to do much else until sunday where the app will have populated the program for you along with all the instructions

Step 03.

Complete the daily actions

Everyday I'll have some actions for you to take in the program. Nothing overwhelming, in fact the first week you need only focus on getting in some movement (workouts provided) and practicing my anxiety busting nightly routine. :)
