I have heard it all before:
“I didn’t have a gym in my hotel room”
“I don’t have any equipment”
“I wanted to workout but didn’t know what to do”
Well now you can forget the excuses and workout anywhere anytime with these Bodyweight only workout circuits.
Here are a few ways to use these workout circuits.
1. After a brief warm up simply do the first circuit for 6 minutes and complete as many rounds as you can in the time frame with good exercise form. (Never sacrifice form for speed) Rest 1-2minutes then complete 6 minutes of the second circuit. Then Cool Down. This should take no longer than 20minutes with warm up and cool down included. If you wish to do it for more time you can simply add 2-6 more minutes per circuit.
2. If you are wanting to go for a long walk, run or bike ride but crave more of a workout to burn more calories simply do one of the circuits before or after your run, walk or bike ride.
3. If you are particularly pressed for time and can’t get to your normal workout routine during the day do one circuit before work and one circuit after work. You won’t get amazing progressive results but you will be able to at least maintain instead of taking a step back.
