Hi I’m Robin Mungall, since 2004 my team and I have been helping people achieve their fitness goals and realize that you can have a balance of looking and feeling energetic and fit while still being able to eat chocolate and bacon.
Most of my clients are over 40 tired of fad diets and hardcore “soul crushing” workouts that leave them feeling worn out and defeated.
They just want to look and feel better and almost always have some sort of joint or muscle issue that needs to be taken into account. My typical client is looking for a safe, effective and permanent solution that improves their quality of life and that’s exactly what we do with out personalized fitness experience.
Take my client Janet for example:

She comes to train with me twice a week in order to maintain mobility and strength so she can live a high quality life and have energy to travel, play with her grandkids and stave off old age and everything that comes with it.
Sometimes she jokes in her workouts when the exercises challenge her and says “I hate you Rob, I hate you Rob” in an endearing sort of way. I might have taken offence to it but of course when she comes back from a vacation and tells me she was able to carry a case of wine 10 blocks all the while saying to herself “I love you Rob, I love you Rob” thanks to our training and the strength and mobility it has given her, it fuels my desire to continue to help people like Janet.
There are so many other great examples of clients making life altering changes with fitness complimenting their lives it’s hard to just choose one so here are a few very brief examples of others we have helped to find that balanced healthy lifestyle.

John dramatically increased his mobility and strength he went from moving like a 2 x 4 to being able to put his hands overhead and squat with his hips below parallel.
While Wife Emily lost too many inches she had to buy a dress smaller than the one she hoped to slip into for a special event.

Check out Mel & Ally, two confidently strong ladies who lost 17 inches while in the process gaining strength and boosting their metabolism which makes eating chocolate more often without negative effects and easier thing to do.
