Do your programs include nutrition coaching?
- Yes! Our coaching services are all inclusive meaning we provide nutrition movement and mindset coaching.
Do you do that Crossfit thing?
- No! We have zero affiliation with the crossfit brand, we actually don’t subscribe to one style of training, everything starts with where you are at fitness and health wise and what type of exercise programming will keep you safe and give you the best benefits including enjoying your workouts. This is truly a customized experience.
I have some physical limitations does that disqualify me?
- No! Many of our clients have some sort of limitation from old sport injuries, to bad knees, sore lower backs, diabetes, M.S., osteo-arthritis etc. We simply work with your body and if there is anything beyond our scope we will refer out to medical professionals to help you improve your health and quality of life.
