Hi my name is Robin Mungall and I am a first class professional personal fitness trainer in edmonton. My passion for fitness began ever since I was a young kid idolizing my fitness enthusiast grandfather, who continues to be an inspiration to me even from beyond this life. By 2004 I graduated the NAIT personal fitness trainer program with honors and have since accumulated various other certifications to enhance my skills as a trainer. My training style combines a total balanced approach which involves the body, mind and spirit along with cutting edge science and methods of training including "Fun"ctional fitness, core fitness, and plyometrics. In the past I was the head coach for the St.Albert Track and Field Youth Program and am currently the fitness coordinator at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. Some of my clients include doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists,clinically obese, mom's, dad's and people from all walks of life with the desire to achieve everlasting results. My clients love the results they get from their workouts and I love working (more like having fun) to get them the results they desire.

 Hi I'm Kiersten Myers, I graduated with honors from the NAIT personal trainer program. My functional and non intimidating approach to fitness helps my clients to build confidence as they progress through their training. I love the natural high I get from helping a client reach their goals and beyond and feel like they can conquer anything. I believe in living a healthy and energetic lifestyle, and hope to pass on my knowledge and passion for fitness and healthy living to anyone who wants to learn and get into better shape. I look forward to working with you and guiding you to long lasting results.
 

Tonia Leske - Trainer

 Hello! My name is Tonia Leske I have found my purpose in life - helping you! I went into the NAIT Personal Fitness Training program not really knowing what to expect and I came out with a vast amount of knowledge that was both practical and functional to the real world. My passion is the pursuit of exercise based programs that help a person get rid of pain, reach their fitness goals and most importantly - to learn about the human body so that you will know how and why you are training to benefit yourself in everday life. I was born in the country and as a farm girl I know the basic essentials that can be forgotten when life starts handing us lemons. Be happy, eat your vegetables and when you do something give it your very best. There is no point to starting a program if you are not willing to make some changes in your habits, also if you do not follow through on your exercise or nutrition plan you may not be very happy with the results. I have been training people since 2006, my clients range from seniors, children, husband and wife duo's and stay at home moms and even athletes of all ages. I have learned a great many things in my schooling, and much more working with clients - come and try out some training it will be quite and experience!!!
 
 

John Ericksen - Trainer

 Hi I'm John, I graduated from the NAIT personal trainer correspondence program and completed my practicum under Robin for 6 months after wards. I used to be a goalie in major junior hockey, and understand the need for balanced fitness including flexibility, strength, functional performance, and of course a leaner looking body. I love training clients and getting them results in a manner that is fun and motivational, I like to see my clients really having a good workout and finishing it with a smile. If my clients are looking forward to each and every session, then I have done my job. Results of the body,mind and spirit are all important when designing a training program, and I try to bring that to each client I train.
